One hour a week, on your business
A standing weekly hour with me, spent on whatever's most in your way: a workflow to automate, a problem to think through, something you need built. Everything we build is yours to keep.
What we work on
Bring whatever's actually in your way that week. Sometimes that's a workflow you'd like to stop doing by hand, like the report you rebuild every Monday or the folder of receipts that ought to have become an expense report by now. Other times it's a piece of thinking rather than a task, such as working out what the market looks like before you spend money on ads. And sometimes you just need a thing finished that you don't want to start.
The kind of work is wide open. What I care about is whether it pays for itself, either in money or in something you'd genuinely feel. Two questions surface that faster than anything else. What do you wish someone else would do for you, because it eats your time and you don't enjoy it? And what do you wish you could do ten times more often than you manage to?
Most people can't point to the right one when we begin, which is fine and fairly normal. Working out what's actually worth the hour is part of the work, and it's rarely the thing you would have picked.
How the hour runs
We meet for sixty minutes at the same hour every week and work over a screen share. The first few minutes are catching up on what's changed and what broke since last time. Then we pick one thing and work on it in your real tools with your real data, with you driving some of it so it doesn't end up as something only I know how to run.
Afterwards I write up what we did and what it gives back, which tends to be the useful part when a partner or a boss asks what this line on the invoice is for.
What it costs
It's $150 an hour. Four sessions cost $600, paid up front, and the slot is yours at the same hour every week.
If something comes up on either side, give me twenty-four hours and we'll move that week. You can stop altogether whenever you want, and I'll refund whatever you haven't used.
If you're putting this through the business, invoices are itemized as professional services and billed to your company rather than to you personally. I'll send a W-9 if anyone asks.
Your data
While we're working on your systems, it's possible I'll be exposed to confidential information. I'll always do my utmost to conduct the work with integrity and professionalism, and to protect anything sensitive that comes my way. What we look at together is yours, and it stays between us.
If your business needs a confidentiality agreement, or your industry requires something more specific, I'll sign it.
Other services
Sometimes you just need the thing built and running quickly. I take that work on too, like an automated outreach flow or a reporting pipeline, scoped and quoted on its own rather than squeezed into a weekly hour.
There is also AI LIFT, a three-week group course for owners who want the grounding first.
Not sure which one fits? Twenty minutes on a call and I'll tell you.
